Comentario: Despues de este largo periodo de vacaciones que me tome con respecto al blog, ahora vuelvo y con mucho mas material para compartir con ustedes, y para reignagurar el blog, por decirlo de alguna manera, quiero partir con esta increible banda Sueca llamada Crazy Lixx.
Loud Minority es una convinacion de todo lo bueno de los 80' traido a tiempos actuales, que es cuando mas se necesita, entre tanta basura comercial que ronda por los dias de hoy. Sleaze y Glam puro, con una influencia muy marcada de bandas tan importantes como Motley Crue, Poison, Guns N' Roses, Kiss ( a ratos la voz hasta se parece a la de Paul Stanley). Con riff poderosos y coros bastante melodiosos y pegajosos, que dan ganas de volver a escuchar una y otra vez. Canciones del album que recomiendo son: "Dr. Hollywood", "Want It", "Love On THe Run", "Heroes and Forever" y "Boneyand", Makes End Meet". Realmente no se arrepentiran de esuchar a esta gran banda que realmente promete.

Comentario: Gran banda de un Hard melodico con mucha influencia de un rock mas de los 70', (Beatles, Rolling Stone)aunque con un sonido Hard o Glam a pesar de que a veces toma un sonido mas pop. Un album que resulta muy agradable de escucharlo. canciones que destaco "New Things", "Fly High Michelle", "In the Groove","Little Indian Angel", "Kiss The Clown" . Muy recomendable.

Comentary: Great band a Hard melodico much of a rock influence over the 70 '(Beatles, Rolling Stone) but with a sound or Glam Hard although it sometimes takes a more pop sound. An album that is very pleasant to listen to. Songs that emphasize "New Things", "Fly High Michelle", "In the Groove","Little Indian Angel", "Kiss The Clown". Very recommended.

Comentario: No es de todo mi gusto pero aquellos que les guste el Metal Melodico lo disfrutaran de principio a fin, sobre todo por la virtuosidad de su tecladista, y el toque especial que le da a cada cancion, la voz profunda y melodiosa de su vocalista, los riff de euforia de sus guitarristas y solos alusinantes y baterias golpeadas y con actitud. La cancion que mas destaco es " Running Wild" a pesar de que las demas tambien sun buenas, " Running Wild" a mi parecer logra sobre salir.

Comentary: Not all of my taste but those who like what Melodic Metal enjoyed from beginning to end, especially by the virtuosity of its keyboardist, and the special touch that gives each song, the voice deep and melodious its vocalist, riff from the euphoria of his guitarists and batteries alone beaten and attitude. Comentario: Segundo album de estudio de Slaughter, el sucesor del exelente "Stick It To Ya". Estos chicos si sabian hacer un buen Hard melodico pero con la misma aptitud del Hard mas desgarrador posible, y la voz de su vocalista era simplemente impresionante y la calidad de musicos en general, la banda era exelente tenia todo para ser una buena banda de Hard y con este album lo demuestran claramente. canciones que destaco de este album son "Out For Love", "The Wild Life", "Days Gone By", "Dance For Me Baby", "Real Love", "Streets Of Broken Hearts" y "Do Ya Know". Un exelente album a pesar de ser medianamete largo, pero en ningun momento resulta aburrido escucharlo. altamente recomendable.

Comentary: Second albums study Slaughter, the successor to the excellent "Stick It To Ya". These guys do a good knew if Hard melodic but with the same aptitude of the most heartbreaking Hard possible, and the voice of their vocalist was simply stunning and the quality of musicians in general, the band was excellent had everything to be a good band from Hard and with this album can be seen clearly. Songs that highlight this album are "Out For Love," "The Wild Life", "Days Gone By," "Dance For Me Baby," "Real Love," "Streets Of Broken Hearts" and "Do Ya Know." An excellent album despite being medianamete long, but at no time is boring listen. Highly recommended.

Comentario: Me dejo sin palabras, un pedazo de album de Hard y Rock Blues, desde que comienza con su himno al alcohol "Drunk Like Me" hasta su ultima cancion "Ohhh! Baby Glass", una de las cosas que mas me llamo la atencion de Dogs D' Amour, en este album, es esa manera que tienen para tocar, mucha guitarra acustica y guitarras limpias, y no hay tanta recurrencia a las guitarras ruidosas y distorcionadas como acosutmbra a hacerse habitualmente en el Hard, y esa voz rasposa de su vocalista era perfecta para la banda. No me atreveria recomendar ninguna cancion del album porque realmente todas, y sin exagerar, todas son exelentes y de la misma linea, un coro adictivo una melodia suave pero rockera hasta los huesos. Lo mejor que e escuchado hace dias, simplemente una obra maestra y una oda a la fiesta y al alcohol.

Comentario: A medio camino entre el Hard Rock angelino y el Rock clasico con barnizes de blues y Sleazy , esa es la frase correcta para definir a "Faster Pussycat" en este album que es una verdadera fiesta cargada de riff rockeros, melodias freneticas y alegres e himnos notables como la divertida "Bathroom Wall" una cancion que define perfectamente lo que es Faster Pussycat o la cancion "Cathouse" mi favorita, con esos pianos en la intro y el riff principal yel cambio entre verso y ese coro medio blusero hacen de esta cancion una de las mejores del album, Un exelente trabajo de Faster Pussycat y todo un clasico de los 80' en cuanto a Rock.

Comentario: Exelente Hard Melodico a mano de los alemanes de Frontline, con cancion con el power del Hard pero la melodia del AOR, con coros bien terminados y adicitvos, como "I Have to Be Strong "que es mi favorita del album. A medio camino entre Def Leppard y Scorpions.

Comentario: Esto es Scorpions en su maximo splendor, primero "Blackout" y luego "Love At Fist Sting" que mantenia a la banda dentro de los top en aquella epoca con canciones como "Rock You Like a Hurricane" o la balada "Still Loving You", un album cargado con todo, coros adictivos, guitarras y riff alocados, bajos y baterias precisos y la versatilidad de su vocalista capaz de poder cantar dulces baladas con una suave y tierna voz o llevarla tan alto y con tanta euforia como el rockero mas desgarrador, "Big City Nights" es la prueba de eso, o "Comin Home" que da la sensacion que es una balada pero luego se transforma en una pieza de Hard Rock mas duro. Un album que quizas para comprenderlo en su totalidad sea necesario conocer a su antecesor "Blackout" y su sucesor "Savage Amusament" que junto con "Love At Fist Sting" se resumen en Scorpions en su mejor momento.

Comentario: primer trabajo de Talisman, un album de un Hard Rock bueno y desgarrador que tiene canciones notables como "Break Your Chains" que entre guitarras ruidosas y estridentes salta un solo de guitarra acustica y eso me parecio interesante destacar, "Standin' On Fire" una cancion Hard Rockera total con un coro bastante adictivo, con similitudes a Skid Row a momentos. "I'll Be Waiting" exelente cancion, sobre todo ese coro a medias entre Aor y Hard, "System Of Power" una cancion que lo que mas destaco es su coro suave a pesar de la cancion ser tan "agresiva", "Queen" una exelente cancion al igual que "Ill Be Waiting" tiene bastante matizes de AOR incluidos de por medio y bastante influencia de bandas antecesoras, "Danger Danger", "Dokken", "Skid Row" entre otras, "Lightning Strikes" definitivamene mi favorita, desde comienzo a fin, logra una armonia especial, a pesar de ser "heavy", y esa seria la ultima cancion a destacar del album , ya que las otras se mantienen planas y no muy novedosas respecto a sus antecesoras en este album. Un album muy recomendable y adictivo a los oidos que habra que volver a escuchar.

Comentario: Hace mucho tiempo que tenia este album en mi coleccion, pero no lo habia querido esuchar, quizas por tiempo o porque nunca me llamo la atencion, pero hoy cuando me lo pidieron, lo esuche porque me gusta esuchar y que ustedes sepan lo que bajan. Un album cargado de caroña Hard Rock con toques de Sleaze y canciones notables como "Back On The Streets", "All The Time In The World". " Give The Devil His Due" . "Killing Time", altamente recomendable y tambien adictivo para a todos aquellos que gusten del Hard.

Comentary: Long had this album in my collection, but had not wanted to listen, time or maybe because I never call attention, but today when I called, because I like to listen esuchar and you know what that fall. Comentario: Estas 3 canciones me las mando el guitarrista de esta banda, un buen amigo mio, desde Argentina, y cuando las esuche sencillamente me soprendieron gratamente desde la calidad de musicos hasta la cancion en su totalidad, sobre todo "El Fuego De la Pasion" que es mi favorita, con esos toques suaves de AOR, y con un coro increible: Los riff de guitarras y esa profunda y rasposa voz de su vocalista cabian perfectas en cada una de estas canciones, "Haciendo el Amor" una cancion mas tirada al Hard Rock, que me trae recuerdo un poco a Motley Crue en la guitarra de la intro, y luego comienza el verso, con una suave guitarra limpia y cristalina, y luego un coro pegajoso y bien terminado y un solo de guitarra que en lo personal me gusto mucho y donde su guitarrista deja entre ver su virtuosidad y de la madera que esta echo. y luego terminamos con "Mi ultima Carta" totalmente Hard, y al igual que las 2 anteriores es una pieza de Hard con una melodia bien terminada. 3 canciones es muy poco, para todo lo que podria dar esta banda, porque querras seguir esuchando mas, definitivamente una de las mejores bandas que e esuchado de Hard Rock en español.

Comentario: Segundo trabajo de esta banda sueca, que nos trae "Doin You Nasty", si tuviera que comparar el sonido de la banda diria que es similar al de "Hardcore Superstar", con influencias punk y muy marcada la influencia de bandas de los 80' como poison, canciones que destacaria son la increible "Hometown Hero", "Loud", "Slip Away", "Proud", "Gotta Move", "Moonshine Beat" todas con un estilo totalmente ochentero un album que realmente en ningun momento aburre escucharlo, es un album preciso y directo, con melodias rockeras y coros pegajosos, en resumen todo lo que necesita un buen album de Rock.

Comentario: Primer trabajo de esta banda y quizas el mejor , con un sonido Sleaze, la sucia voz de su vocalista hacian de este album un buen album, como olvidar "Girlschool", pero mi favorita "Save The Weak" una balada, a ese estilo ochentero que solo estas bandas podian ahcer con tal grandesa y sentimiento, "Fun in Texas", "Don't hide", el cover de slae "Gudbye T' Jane" (Si, los mismos de cum on feel the noize), son las canciones mas destacables de este album, que estaba a la altura del buen Hard Rock.

Comentario: "Bitter Sweet And Twisted" es solo la corrovoracion de que estos chicos sabian hacer buen "Rock" con aquellas melodias con tonos de blues y a veces country bien marcadas, y la voz rasposa de "Spike Gray" y esa armonia de guitarras, suaves, y aunque fuesen distorcionadas, sabian como hacerlas sonar limpias. Lo unico malo, a mi parecer, de este album es que cae en una extension exesiva, con las 14 canciones que puede llegar a aburrir, pero musicalmente es un album muy bueno, canciones que destacaria son "White Trash Blues", "Don't Bite the Hand", "Debbie","Ode to You (Baby Just Walk)", "Hates to Please", "My Saint Jude", "Take No Revenge" mi favorita que tiene una melodia muy especial, que me atrae poderosamente la atencion. Vale la pena esucharlo, pero insisto con paciencia y dedicacion, para poder disfrutarlo al maximo.

Nota: Este album tiene una Edicion Especial, si les interesa que suba las 4 canciones en vivo y el demo que incluye solo pidanlo, por tema de peso del archivo, no los pude subir, si que si alguien le interesa, lo subire.

Comentario: Exelente album y sobre todo por el año, cargado de Hard Rock, Sleazy, Glam como si estuvieran rockeando en plenos años 80', una banda influenciada por Guns N' Roses, Skid Row, Hanoi Rocks, Ratts, Motley Crue entre otros, y con un vocalista con voz desgarradora y guitarras estridentes y riff alocados, baterias potentes, un bajo pronunciado y la fuerza del Hard ochentero hacen de este album una pieza infaltable, que representa taodo lo que fue el Hard en aquella extrañada epoca, "Wild Boys" una cancion cargada de Hard, "We Don't Celebrate Sundays" absolutamente Glam, "My Good Reputation", "Simple Man", "Bag On Your Head", "Shes Offbeat". "Standin On The Verge" son canciones dignas de destacar con coros melodiosos pero no por eso menos rockeros, haciendo que este album en ningun momento sea aburrido de esuchar, de echo al contrario, quizas lo quieras volver a esuchar.

Comentario: A pesar de que su exito llego con "The Final Countdown" y es su album mas emblematico, me parecio interesante revisar el album sucesor de "The Final Countdown", "Out Of This World" que realmente no tiene mucho que envidiarle a su antecesor, cada uno tiene lo suyo, y este album esta mas cargado a las baladas y el AOR, pero tambien con sus canciones con riff sleaze y el power que caracteriza a el Hard, aunque insisto el fuerte de este album son las baladas como "Open You Heart", "Superstition", "Coast To Coast", "Tomorrow", pero sin desmerecer canciones como "Let The Good Times Rock", "More Than Meets The Eye", "Ready Or Not" que quizas es la cancion mas heavy del album. Realmente exelente trabajo de los chicos de Europe en este album que como dije antes esta a la altura de su antecesor "The Final Countdown", un album fuera de este mundo.

Comentario: Banda liderada por Conny Bloom (actual guitarrista de Hanoi Rocks). que en este segundo trabajo nos traen buen Hard Rock , aunque yo diria que tiene matizes de un Rock mas moderno, pero no deja de ser un buen trabajo, con canciones como "Mary in the Mystery World" que supongo que le hara un giño a la pequeña niña de la caratula, "The Sky is Cryin", "When Love Explodes", "Bed Of Roses", y "Dying to Be Loved", serian las canciones que destacaria de este album, quevale pena esucharlo. un buen album para esuchar algo diferente respecto al genero, de lo que yo me atreveria a decir un Hard Rock mas contemporaneo a pesar del año.

Comentario: una joya dentro lo que respecta a este grupo, pense que despues de su homonimo, "Bad English", no me volverian a sorprender, pero en "The Lost Tapes" lo volvieron a hacer, en este recopilatorio de canciones que nunca fueron editadas ni que vieron la luz en su momento, y quedaron guardadas en el silencio, para luego entregarlos en este increible larga duracion, con canciones sorprendentes como "Who Is This Talkin" que se a convertido en una de mis favoritas, "Full Circle", "Pretty Lies", "Stay With me", solo por nombrar algunas, a pesar de que todas son muy buenas en algunas cae en monotonomia, pero son solo exepciones. Muy recomendable una joya que tienes que sentarte, subirle a tus parlantes y solo disfrutar de "The Lost Tapes".

Comentario: una banda a lo Lynyrd Skynyrd traida a los 80' pero dejando un poco de lado el south rock y cargandonos mas hacia lo que es el Hard Rock, asi definiria este primer trabajo de "Georgia Satellites", a pesar de que anteriormente habian lanzado un EP titulado "Keep the faith" en el 85. el disco lo abrimos con "Keep Your Hands to Yourself", la cancion que hico famosa a la banda en aquella epoca, una cancion blusera al maximo, y la voz de granjero de su vocalista le daba el toque especial, y aquel riff pegajoso, hicieron que esta cancion llegara a los top, y se transformase en todo un suceso, pero canciones, tambien, como "Railroad Steel", "Battleship Chains", "The Myth Of Love" entre otras, hacian de este album uno cargado de riff bluseros pero con el espiritu del rock y ese espiritu fiestero que caracteriza al Hard y al buen rock.

Comentario: Nunca van a dejar de sorprenderme y "Don't Touch The Light" no es la exepcion de los alemanes de "Bonfire", realmente supieron entregarnos Hard Rock de primera calidad en este, su primer trabajo, con canciones llenas de energia, rabia y desenfreno, rosando la linea que cruza hacia el metal, como en "Hot To Rock", pero ocmenzemos por el principio. E esuchado muchas intros de albums pero esta a sido la unica que e querido volver a esuchar, luego tenemos "Starrin Eyes" hard rock puro, "Hot To Rock" que ya le mencionaba antes, "You Make Me Feel" un pedazo de power balada a un estilo muy similar al que hacia Scorpions, de echo esta banda a momentos me recuerda a Klaus y sus secuaces (Scorpions), "Longing For You" realmente espectacular desde principio a fin, en especial el coro, que es lo que mas destaco de esta cancion, "Don't Touch The Light" , "No More", son otras canciones que destacaria de este album que realmente es un exelente trabajo en lo que respecta a Hard Rock, que si te gusta el Hard Rock, estas obligado a esuchar Bonfire y su primer larga duracion "Don't Touch The Light".
